The best price I've seen is £18 for a 4Mb stick, but things are very unstable at the moment. More news when I have it.
In the early 1990's, DRAM was selling for around £8 per megabyte, so these new reductions are have taken it to the lowest it has ever been.
EDO RAM is selling at a premium at the moment, which suggests dealers may be dumping any non-EDO stock in hand very cheaply. If this activity runs its usual course, I'd expect it to settle down at the beginning of July.
